About US

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

Melton Grammar School was established in 2004 located in Madang Papua New Guinea, as an Early Years Education Provider by Mrs De Guia who always dreamed of starting a family school.

Melton Grammar School initially commenced with 30 students – kindergarten, preparatory, and Grade 1. Year upon year, the school grew, rapidly enrolling more than 100 students.

In 2012, at the request of many parents, Melton Grammar School opened a second school in Alotau, Milne Bay Province. Two years later, MGS Alotau became a full primary school that offered schooling for all years up to and including Grade 8.

In 2014, Melton Grammar School set up another school in Kokopo, East New Britain Province offering first class education for students from playgroup to Grade 7.
